I’m back home after my epic tour now, my cold is all better and I am finishing off the first draft of SUMMER’S DREAM, the third in the CHOCOLATE BOX GIRL series which will be out in JULY 2012.
While I was away, I managed to finish the judging for the last writing comp and the RESULTS are now up online… take a look and let me know what you think of the winning extracts! I think they are AWESOME. I loooooooooooved marshmallow Skye because it’s so awesome that Skye has a sort of sixth sense. but i’m a bit sad about the fact jamie comes at the end and skye and jamie’s relationship is going to be looked at though Summer’s eyes, can you tell us why?

Happy Bonfire Night and everything! I looved Marshmallow Skye, i got it the 1st day it was out!
I’m a young writer and i’m hoping to write a book someday, any tips?
Ideas: You could have a CC recipie competition, and everyone could send in a recipie, and all appriopriate ones could go in a Cathy Cassidy Recipie Book!
You should totally do a “Who knows —– best” quiz in the newsletter or Super Fans Secret Page when you type lots of questions about characters in your books, and people who get the most right get a prize!!!
